Ordeg Mortgages LLC is an independent brokerage that places non-QM and investor loans, with a heavy emphasis on buyers from Latin America and Central America investing in Miami and across Florida and Texas. No U.S. credit file needed. The property does the talking.
What we focus on
Most of the files we work are the ones a U.S. bank cannot place: a buyer from Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or Brazil with capital, a clear plan, and no U.S. credit score. Non-QM programs size that loan on the rent the property will earn and the reserves the buyer holds, so the file can move without a credit history that was never going to exist.
A passport instead of a Social Security number. The loan is sized on what the property earns and what you hold in reserve, not on a U.S. credit history you never had reason to build.
For buyers who file U.S. taxes on an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number and want to own here, not just rent.
The rest of the non-QM shelf, for U.S. and foreign investors alike: rent-sized rental loans, self-employed income from deposits, short-term money to buy and renovate, and small mixed-use buildings.
How we work
Ordeg is a brokerage, not a lender. A bank can only offer you its own shelf. We take the file to the investors whose guidelines actually fit it, which matters most on exactly the files a single lender turns away.
You should know whether a deal works before anyone pulls your credit or asks for a document. That is why the calculators exist, and why they are free and need no login.
There are no rates, LTV ceilings, or DSCR targets published on this site. They stay blank until an investor guideline is confirmed for your specific file. A number we cannot stand behind is worse than no number.
Every calculator runs client-side. Nothing you type is transmitted, stored, or seen by us unless you separately choose to send a scenario.
Structure, payment, and what underwriting will need come back written down, so you can lay them next to anything else on your desk.
