These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ordegmortgages.com (the "Site"), operated by Ordeg Mortgages LLC, NMLS ID 1833072 ("Ordeg Mortgages," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational use only. The Site, including its calculators, program descriptions, and any term sheet it produces, is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer or commitment to lend, a rate lock, a pre-approval, a credit decision, or an Annual Percentage Rate, Loan Estimate, or other disclosure required under the Truth in Lending Act or RESPA. Terms, pricing, and eligibility are determined only after a complete application, underwriting review, and receipt of all required documentation, and are subject to change without notice.

2. Calculator results are estimates. Every figure the Site produces — payment, PITIA, DSCR, LTV, closing costs, and cash to close — is calculated from values you enter and from assumptions the tool displays on screen. We do not verify the values you enter. Results are indicative only and will differ from actual loan terms. Property taxes, insurance, HOA dues, flood premiums, title and settlement charges, and statutory fees vary by property and by closing agent and must be confirmed at closing.

3. Licensing. Ordeg Mortgages LLC is licensed in Florida and Texas. We do not solicit, accept applications for, or originate loans secured by property in states where we are not licensed. You may verify our license, and the license of any individual loan originator, at NMLS Consumer Access, nmlsconsumeraccess.org.

4. Information you submit. You represent that the information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not transmit Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax documents, or other sensitive personal information through Site forms or unencrypted email. When that information is required, we will provide a secure method for delivering it.

5. Third-party sites. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

6. Intellectual property. The content, design, logos, marks, and calculators on the Site are owned by Ordeg Mortgages LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, framed, or redistributed without our written permission.

7. No warranty. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordeg Mortgages LLC and its members, officers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a decision made in reliance on Site content, including any calculator output.

9. Changes to these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time. The date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
